My back hurt too bad to complete an entire disc this morning. It is a strange feeling to not be able to move like that. I have never really felt that way but all of a sudden my back has been killing me lately.
35 minutes of the first disc today - 200 calories burned.
Breakfast at 185 calories
Lunch at 1000 (this was a mistake!!)
Looks like Dinner will be small. Around 300 calories
Tomorrow is a new day!
My RMR is 1280
My BMR is 1375
Add in 200 calories burned for interval training = 1575
This seems soooo low!!! I feel like I'm never going to succeed. Can I be that honest? I feel like I am just in a perpetual cycle of wanting to be healthy and work out to be healthy and to eat healthfully, but I sabbotage myself. I feel like I won't ever accomplish my goals (I'll see some results but not quick enough so I'll give in and just throw in the towel).
I definitely have goals that I want to reach, but my brain keeps getting in the way. I keep making excuses. I want to live a balanced and disciplined life. But I need to cut myself some slack.

Fit Test - Day One
I have nothing but good to report from this workout program. Incredible. I am beat after the FIT TEST! aaaaannndd. . . I'm in great shape!
I do recommend actually listening to the program; do not do this program for up to an hour after eating. I did and I about threw up. That was MY fault though!!!
That said, result time:
Switch Kicks: 108
Power Jacks: 42
Power Knees: 75
Power Jumps: 26
Globe Jumps: 8
Suicide Jumps: 12
Push-up Jacks: 14
Low Plank Oblique: 44
I am looking forward to this program; excited for tomorrow to come already!
